Your daily business

As a (Senior) Frontend Developer you develop headless web apps with state-of-the-art technologies and a structured way of working as well as code quality based on Vue, Nuxt, Tailwind or Twig, Bootstrap, SCSS and JavaScript together with your project team and third parties. This includes:

  • Realisation of sophisticated, responsive and headless e-commerce templates
  • Dealing with various common frontend technologies and programming languages
  • Responsibility for cross-browser compatibility
  • Design and implementation of features and microinteractions
  • Close cooperation with the frontend and backend development, QA department and UX/UI designers
  • Creation of unit tests and user documentation
  • Use of code management and tools such as Git, Composer, Cypress, Buddy, Webpack, Docker, ...
  • Responsibility for quality assurance in the context of "developer tests".
  • Support of already existing frontend applications as well as continuous improvement of them
  • Performance analysis and performance optimisation of the front end

Your Must Haves

Your Must Haves

  • You have 3+ years of experience in developing with modern frontend frameworks like Vue or Nuxt and Typescript or with HTML/CSS and Twig.
  • You ideally know Headless PWA and have a good understanding of the basics, including JavaScript
  • You are familiar with Tailwind and CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SCSS are your everyday business.
  • You have knowledge of modern design patterns and software architecture
  • You love to work in a team, even remotely
  • You write well-structured, efficient and maintainable source code and tests are not a burden for you, but you see them as a chance to write your code even better
  • Your analytical skills are characterised by solution-oriented approaches and you enjoy sharing your know-how with other employees.

Nice to Have:

  • You already have first experiences with modern frontend frameworks as well as in TDD.
  • Your way of thinking is MVP-focused and you are always looking for the best solution for our customers
  • You already have some e-commerce experience

Congratulations, you got the job! The last formality is to sign the contract and off you go into our onboarding phase. Don’t worry, you won’t be left alone. We will actively accompany and support you during your start at dasistweb.
